Brenda is a highly respected arbitrator and mediator.  Prior to her work as an arbitrator/mediator, she worked as an attorney specializing in labor and employment matters.

Brenda’s work covers the full range of contract interpretation issues, including cost of living, disability benefits, discharge, discipline, discrimination, demotion, seniority, lay-offs, management rights, leave of absence and merit pay, among many other areas.

She has worked in both the public and private sectors, such as education, real estate, entertainment, first responders, hospitals, utilities and municipal entities.

Brenda serves as permanent arbitrator for companies as diverse as Verizon, the US Postal Service, the Social Security Administration and many healthcare centers.

Brenda is an alumna of Brooklyn Law School and is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars.  She is past president of the New Jersey Labor Employment Relations Association, and is a member of federal, national and state arbitration panels.
